Trilogy® - Lake Norman NC

Trilogy® Lake Norman set on over 600 acres of land in a prime position close to Lake Norman in Denver, NC. The resort style amenities include a clubhouse, game rooms, kitchen for cooking demo's, indoor swimming pool, hobby and art clubs, many outdoor games areas including a swimming pool, tennis and bocce club. The country club is close by too. There are walking trails and cycling paths to explore. Trilogy® is a true lifestyle estate and definitely amongst my favorites.

The Farm at Ingleside - Iron Station NC

The Farm at Ingleside is an active senior living community at Iron Station, NC. The private retreat type active adult resort has a wonderful clubhouse, exercise and fitness amenites and various interest clubs. There is a zero-entry pool for easy transition from land to the pool. There are also safe walking trails and outdoor amenities to suit everyone.

Sun City Carolina Lakes - Indian Land NC

Sun City Carolina Lakes is a large active adult community set within a village atmosphere in Indian Land NC. There is an access controlled security entrance just ahead of the grandiose and welcoming waterfall. The community resembles more of an upscale vacation resort than it does a retirement community. With a state of the art fitness center and cardio area, many clubs and interest rooms, hobby areas, sports facilities, walking trails and meetups - you will never need to leave the community for entertainment purposes. Sun City is very close to a major shopping area, with delightful restaurants, shops and even movie houses. With everything on your doorstep - Sun City is a wonderful choice.

Tree Tops -  Lancaster SC

Tree Tops Active Adult Community situated in Lancaster SC is just a few minutes drive from Sun City and the Shops at Indian Land, NC. This gated community has a unique area known as The Village Cabins which is set alongside a pond and various walking trails. The Village Cabins which comprise of a number of individual wooden cabins used for various entertainment and hobby arenas. There is a fitness center, bridge cabin, sewing and quilting cabin complete with sewing machines and cutting tables. There is a library lounge,  a celebration room with fireplace, kitchen and hall with rocking chairs deck overlooking the pond. Outdoor entertainment is held at the amphitheater and the outdoor sports include bocce ball, tennis and pickle ball and a putting green. Your dog has a park too - there is clearly something for everyone. 

Carolina Orchards - Fort Mill SC

Centrally situated for easy access to Ballantyne, Charlotte and Fort Mill, Carolina Orchards is an award winning Del Webb community. This is a large community of more than 700 homes. The community offers simply everything from outdoor sports and swimming pools, to indoor hobbies and games rooms - something for everyone. There are several golf courses, shopping areas and wonderful restaurants within a few minutes of this sought after 55+ active adult community.

The Carolinas

The Carolinas boasts 4 wonderful seasons - summer is glorious if not a bit too humid at times. Winters are mild and yes, we get to enjoy a few snow days each year. Fall and Spring are our favorite seasons with so much to do, in milder temperatures and beautiful scenery. We have the mountains and the ocean just a short drive from Charlotte area and yet we are blessed with vineyards, lakes and forests right on our doorstep.
